Our family business has been keeping homes cosy for over 35 years!

We can draw on a wealth of experience to help new and returning customers. We have worked hard to build an enviable reputation for customer service – the majority of our customers come through recommendation or return to us when they need another stove.

We can advise on installation and chimneys, even if you are using your own installer or builder. We can help design and specify your chimney system and we carry a huge stock of chimney components.

Our service doesn’t end once you have received your stove; we are always on hand to provide follow up support. We also take the time to visit customers for a ‘refresher course’ on how to use their stove to ensure it delivers the best performance. Even if you think you are probably worrying about nothing we are happy to help and offer some reassurance.
